Claudiu Sârghi wins the first race of 2020

For the young fancier Claudiu Sârghi, the first race of this competitive year was more than a success. Despite the fact that he has been competing for a relatively short time, starting in 2017, Claudiu Sârghi is stepping more and more seriously towards the top of the hierarchy of short distance categories in the Timiș Association. Last week he managed to climb another step, by winning the 1st place on the launch (4,721 pigeons), with the help of the cock RO-0976012/2019, and the third place in the breeders competition, in the same race. For Claudiu Sârghi, the race from Kecskemet was 113 km long, a distance crossed by his cock in just one hour and ten minutes. The pigeon’s average speed on the way home was very high, 1607.90 m/min.

In the same race, the first place in the breeders competition was occupied by Alin Matei, from Jimbolia, the one who also won with his pigeons the 2nd and 3rd places on the launch. The first pigeons nominated for the team by Alin Matei ranked 6th and 7th on the launch. In fact, in the first 10 places of the race, no less than 7 were occupied by the pigeons of the fancier from Jimbolia.
