There are only five days left until the pigeons are basketed for the Berlin, Birzai and Izium National competitions, 2021 editions, so the organizers have already established where the basketing centers will be for each participating county.

All three national teams of the championship, Berlin National, Birzai National and Izium National, will take place on July 30. So, there are only a few days until the pigeons will be basketed, which is why it is very useful to know for pigeon fanciers who want to participate in these races where they can go to basket their pigeons.

Six basketing centers for Berlin National

For the National Berlin, the classic race of the West area, the organizers, in this case the Bihor Pigeon Association, have designated six centers where the pigeons can be basketed, one for each county involved. Thus, the centers are the following: Satu-Mare, Arad, Cluj-Napoca (for Cluj County), Oradea (for Bihor), Reșița (for Caraș Severin) and Chișoda (for Timiș).

Eight basketing centers for Birzai National

Pigeon fanciers who want to participate in Birzai Național, the last and most important marathon race in Moldova, have at their disposal no less than eight basketing centers. Specifically, we are talking about seven centers and a collection point, these being the following: Constanța, Brăila, Râmnicu-Sărat, Tecuci, Roman, Suceava, Botoșani and Rădăuți (collection point).

Izium Național, basketing centers in 12 counties

In terms of the area it covers, Izium Național is the competition with the widest distribution, benefiting from most basketing centers or collection points. Thus, pigeon fanciers from Olt and Teleorman will have at their disposal a center and three collection points. For pigeon fanciers from Dolj, a basketing center and two collection points have been established, and for Argeș County, a center and a collection point have been established. The counties of Mehedinți, Vâlcea and Gorj have at their disposal a basketing center and a collection point, the same situation being found in the case of the Bucharest Pigeon Association. Instead, pigeon fanciers from Dâmbovița, Ilfov, Giurgiu and Prahova counties can embark the pigeons at the open center in each of the mentioned associations.

There will be a fire weekend, which will decide the winners of the pigeons and fanciers from the marathon category!
