To see how combative the provinces of Romania (Moldova, Muntenia, Oltenia, Transylvania and the Western Province) are, we propose a series of comparative presentations of the last three seasons, depending on the competition categories. In each of them, together with their derivatives, the criterion will be the ranking in the top three at national level. Then we present to you a hierarchy of provinces, the prizes they have returned each year, plus a few other analyses. To make a transparent ranking of the provinces, the trophies won will receive the following score: 1st- 3 points, 2nd place- 2 points, and 3rd place- 1 point. In the end, we will calculate the total score achieved on all three seasons by each province and, according to this criterion, we will obtain a final ranking. The 2018 season, however, brings a higher diversity of national winners. Nine Moldavian fanciers, three from Oltenia, two from Transylvania, three from Muntenia and only one from the West province climbed the national podium of the Long distance category in 2018, with four of the five provinces having at least one national champion in one of the variations in the category.
