Reporter: Hello, Mr. Marta, nice to meet you again! What does it mean for romanian pigeon fanciers that the company SC Topigeon SRL has signed an exclusive contract regarding the distribution of TOPIGEON clocks and accessories?
Daniel Marta: Hello! As we know, the contract between the National Federation of Romanian Pigeon Fanciers and the Taiwanese company that produces TOPIGEON systems is at the end of 2021. However, the Federation did not want to leave pigeon fanciers in Romania without support from the Taiwanese company and sought a solution that would ensure continuity in the marketing of Topigeon systems, accessories and consumables necessary for the proper functioning of these systems. Thus, the company SC Topigeon SRL Romania appeared, which, starting this year, sells exclusively TOPIGEON systems and all the accessories necessary for their use.

R.: What does Topigeon represent for Romanian fanciers?
D.M .: Honestly, TOPIGEON meant a great opportunity for Romanian pigeon fanciers. The product of the Taiwanese company represented and still does, the cheapest option in terms of electronic clocks, in conditions of very high quality and safety standards. We all remember the biggest fraud discovered by the federation’s leadership two years ago, I think, Operation VLAD TEPES. Well, without the quality of TOPIGEON systems and the support of Taiwanese specialists, the discovery of that theft would have been virtually impossible. It was the most conclusive proof that we are talking about a very safe, high-performance timing system, at an affordable price for the budget of Romanian pigeon fanciers.

R .: Knowing that pigeon fanciers have so far turned to territorial associations or the federation to purchase watches and / or consumables, how should they proceed in the future?
D.M .: As I mentioned, the Federation currently no longer has a contract with the Taiwanese company, being the reason is why I ask pigeon fanciers to contact me directly, by phone or by email, for any information or requests for TOPIGEON products. Contact details can be found on the website www.topigeon-oficial.ro, where there is also an online store where you can buy the systems and accessories. Orders for clocks or accessories placed in my online or telephone store will be honored in 2-4 business days. I would like to point out that the warranty for TOPIGEON products is still 2 years, and our company, SC Topigeon SRL, will provide the warranty and post-warranty. Defective clocks that cannot be repaired by our specialist, Mr. Ioan Pantea, will be replaced with new ones in our stock with no extra cost to the customer.

R.: How long will there be a support from SC Topigeon SRL for Romanian fanciers who have Topigeon systems or who want to buy?
D.M .: Our contract with the manufacturing company is for an indefinite period. Taiwanese people know the potential of the Romanian market and now, when they are already leaders, they want even more involvement. Under these circumstances, things will surely move forward for many years to come. In fact, in my discussions with them, they told me that they want to use Romania as a bridgehead for an aggressive development throughout Europe.
