My goal is to select the youngsters for future marathon competitions, because this is the main category in which I participate. All my youngsters have to fly the 10 races in the flight plan, including the long distance stage. I use several competition mixes from Beyers, and to train, apart from home training, I only take them if needed. I analyze how the muscles look and how they look in general, and if they decide they need it, I prefer to take them to two or three shorter trainings, of 45 km ”, explained Florin Hanciu.
