Because the Olympics that will take place in Oradea, between August 12-14, will be attended by pigeon fanciers from dozens of countries, the leadership of the Union of Pigeon Fellowships in Romania has decided to come to the aid of participating Romanian pigeon fanciers, organizing an exceptional auction including three pigeons from the Romanian Olympic team, and the amounts collected will go entirely to the owners.

Romanian fanciers participating in the Racing Pigeon Olympics from August 12-14, 2022, in Oradea, have the opportunity to sell their Olympic pigeons in an open auction, organized during the Olympics. Therefore, those who wish to participate in this auction, making the Olympic pigeons available, are asked to send an email containing the pedigree of the pigeon and data about the pigeon, to the address office@fcpr.ro, until 10.04.2022. Subsequently, the Board of Directors will select from the tenders received three pigeons, depending on the scores obtained by them, the interest for the respective category at national and international level and the pedigree of the pigeon.
It should be noted that the entire amount obtained from the auction will go to the owner, the purpose pursued by the leadership of the Union being only that of promoting Romanian pigeons and pigeon fanciers.
